Poetry Can presents the South West Poetry Awards 2012-13 celebrating the most significant

contributions to poetry and poetry development in the South West.

• The Poetry Publication Award;
• The Poetry Work With Children and Young People Award;
• The Contribution to Poetry Development Award;
• The Individual Poet Award;
• The Individual Performance Poet Award;
• The Special Recognition Award.

Nominations can be made by anyone who is resident or working in the South West of England,

the winner will be decided by three judges appointed by Poetry Can.

The Awards, hand crafted in beautiful Bristol Blue Glass, will be awarded annualy and will take account

of the many ways poetry is practiced and enjoyed: on the page, on the stage and in the community. 

The deadline for nominations is 28th April 2013
