Beinghuman project, Frome, seeks poets (and other artists)

After the success of last summer’s beinghuman open day when over 300 people attended & Zoe Ball gave us a mention on radio 2, we are holding a beinghuman weekend on 18, 19 & 20th June

The weekend will be a mixture of debate, screenings, workshops, talks, readings, music, philosophy, art & dancing.

We are looking for musicians, artists, performers, writers, poets, environmentalists, comedians, journalists & film makers who want to get involved.

beinghuman is launching an open art competition. The theme of the competition is, of course, beinghuman. Artists need to submit designs for the three arched wall spaces in the beinghuman yard

The winning artist will reproduce the work on the wall spaces, get 6 months free artist studio space & a solo exhibition in the beinghuman warehouse. Closing date – 1st June 2010 competition@beinghuman.com for more info
