Description: THE WASTELAND REVISITED
With Nikki Bennet, Richard Carder, Rosalie Challis, Paul Feldwick, Caroline Heaton, Wayne Hill, Johnathon Hope, Linda Morgan, Dikra Ridha, John Terry and others.
Five Cafe poets have been working together on a voice play inspired by TS Eliot's great original.
On 21st April, our collective piece will have its first public outing. This will be not so much a performance as a happening – a read-through /audition/ rehearsal with maximum input from the Cafe audience. We are looking for readers/ singers/ performers/musicians . Whatever your talents, if you enjoy the company of the Cafe Poets and think you would enjoy taking part in this collaborative project, this April Cafe is for you.
You can also come to make from the floor suggestions or just to sit back and enjoy spectating this possibly rash experiment.
